Cannonau di Sardegna 2010

Nuraghe Supramonte, Sardegna. Grape: 100% Cannonau.

Intense ruby red colour. The lively aroma has notes of full-bodied mature fruit. The taste is soft with light tannins, warm and velvety. 13% vol.



Shiraz 2012

Monte Pietroso, Sicilia. Grape: 100% Shiraz.

Deep ruby red with violet shimmers. Scent of blackberry, black currant with elegant spices. Very well balanced with fresh flavours. 13% vol.



Sangiovese 2012

Bigi, Umbria. Grape: 100% Sangiovese.

Ruby red color with parfumes of raspberries and violets. Full flavour and distinct scents of red fruits. Pleasantly persistent aftertaste. 13.5%vol.

Cesari, Veneto. Grapes: Corvina, Rondinella & Molinara.

Valpolicella of ruby red colour and moderate intensity. Delicate and characteristic bouquet reminiscent of almond. 11.5% vol.



Bardolino Classico DOC 2011

Pirovano, Veneto. Grapes: Corvina, Rondinella, Molinara.

This wine has a ruby red colour with a delicate bouquet. A dry, lively yet balanced wine. 11.5% vol.



Montepulciano d’Abruzzo 2012 

Fantello, Abruzzo. Grape: 100% Montepulciano.

Full bodied. Aged in oak barrels, this wine is elegant on the palate and is nicely balanced. Herbal tones with a fruity nose. 13.5% vol.



Dolcetto d'Alba DOCG 2012

Villadoria, Piemonte. Grape: 100% Dolcetto.

Intense purple red colour. Deep and crisp raspberry flavours with a fine and soft texture. Rich, sweet fruits on the palate. 13.5% vol.



Nero d'Avola Vigna Alta 2011 

Frazitta, Sicilia. Grape: 100% Nero d'Avola.
A silky texture characterises the impact of this wine on the mouth, this follows a lovely rich fruitcake nose of some intensity. 14% vol.



Primitivo di Manduria DOC 2010

Epicuro, Puglia. Grape: 100% Primitivo.

Deep ruby red colour with violet highlights. Intense and fragrant bouquet with a rich variety of ripe fruits, harmonious and velvety taste. 14% vol.



Morellino di Scansano 2011

Val delle Rose, Toscana. Grapes: 95%Sangiovese, 5% local varieties.

Dry, elegant, stylish and well structured, this intense ruby red wine possesses an incomparable bouquet with an austere slightly tannic finish. 13% vol.



Gran Passione 2012

Fossalta di Piave, Veneto. Grapes: 60% Merlot, 40% Corvina.

Grapes are here carefully hand harvested before being pressed. After fermentation wine is aged in oak for 4 months. Result is a vinrant purple colour, rich luscious nose full of sweet ripe dark cherry, plum, vanilla and spices. Rich and velvety. Very easy drinking. 14% vol.



Chianti Classico DOCG 2008

Capoleto, Toscana. Grapes: 85% Sangiovese, 10% Cannaiolo, 5% Colorino.
With its deep red colour, this wine has rich ripe berry fruit aromas and flavours. Full bodied with great character. 13.5% vol.



Refosco 2012

Paladin, Veneto. Grape: 100% Refosco.

A Medal winning red wine from at the 'International Wine Challenge'. A special red from the refosco grape, tasting of ripe, juicy berries. Substantial richness red spicy fruit flowing harmoniously on the palate. 12% vol.



Barbera d'Alba Superiore DOC 2011 

Villadoria, Piemonte. Grape: 100% Barbera.
A lovely, soft flavour with a touch of brambles on the nose.

Vibrant and lively wine that finishes with a touch of crispness. 13.5% vol.



Sir Passo 2011 

Duca di Saragnano, Toscana. Grape: 100% Sangiovese.

This is an extraordinarily captivating wine which literally flows like finest silk over the palate. The predominant fruit character is of black cherries, which though very ripe are kept fresh by Sangiovese’s natural acidity. 15% vol.



Rubjo Conero Riserva 2009

Piersanti, Marche. Grape: 100% Montepulciano.

Only the best grapes for this Cru, aged in barriques and then refined in bottle. Full bodied, intense perfume, excellent taste, balanced tannins. 13.5% vol.



Nobile di Montepulciano 2008                  

Mossiere, Toscana. Grapes: 80% Sangiovese, 20% Canaiolo.

Dark ruby red color with orange reflections, it has a mature and balanced taste and an intense, persistent aroma with traces of vanilla. Great structure and depth on the nose, followed by a mouth filling and velvety texture on the palate and a very long finish. 14% vol.



Cannonau di Sardegna 2010

Antichi Poderi Jerzu, Sardegna. Grape: 100% Cannonau.

Ruby red in colour with scents of berries, leather fruits. Aged in barriques. Warm in the palate, well balanced and pleasantly tannic. 13% vol.



Kanai DOC Riserva 2007

Sardus Pater, Sardegna. Grape: 100% Carignano del Sulcis.

Ruby red colour with garnet reflections. The product of expert cultivation and harvesting. Full bodied, with a toasty bouquet of dried fruits. 13.5% vol.



Pinot Nero DOP 2010

Bosco Albano, Alto Adige. Grape:100% Pinot Nero.

Pinot Nero, a complex grape variety, always benefits from a cooler climate

typified by the Alto Adige region in northern Italy. A characteristic Pinot Nero nose

of strawberries and fruit is followed by a broad warmth of texture and grip on the

palate with a lovely soft finish. 13% vol.



Barolo Poiana DOCG 2009

Cascina Radice, Piemonte. Grape 100% Nebbiolo.

Aged for 3 years in Slovenian oaks followed by 12 months in bottle.
Ruby red in colour, it is full bodied, robust but velvety and harmonious, it goes well with game and red meats. 14% vol.



Rosso di Montalcino 2009

Castello Tricerchi, Toscana. Grape: 100% Sangiovese.
Bright ruby-red colour, full taste of ripe, red fruit and berries, smooth fruit, classical Sangiovese-notes, pleasing and well balanced tannin, middle body, fruity final and smooth fruity aftertaste. 13.5% vol.



Rocca Rubia 2010

Cantine Santadi, Sardegna. Grape: 100% Carignano del Sulcis.

A real gem in Sardinian wines. 100% Carignano aged in French oak casks for 10/12 months. Deep, almost solid ruby colour. The nose has intense fruity notes of blackberry, vanilla and liquorice. Great structure, full bodied. 14% vol.



Amarone della Valpolicella DOC 2008

Castel Rothari, Veneto. Grapes: Corvina, Rondinella, Molinara.

Deep garnet color. Aromas of chocolate craisins and raisin with a supple, fruity-yet-dry medium-to-full body and a spicy herbal grilled pepper, pine needle, cola nut and cocoa accented finish. 15%vol.



Brunello di Montalcino 2007         

Duca di Saragnano, Toscana. Grape: 100% Sangiovese.

Intense ruby-red with a tendency to garnet-red, after aging with orange reflexes and some "tuilé"; intense fresh aromas of cherries and raspberry, young with expressive tannin, with increasing age smoothening, elegant, classy and rich, full-bodied and a long finish. 14% vol.

Prosecco Casa Coller  

Casa Coller, Veneto. Grape: 100% Prosecco.

Pale straw yellow in colour with hints of acacia and wild flowers.

11% vol.



La Vi in Rosa Valdobbiadene 2011

Canavel, Veneto. Grape: 100% Marzemino.

A delicious fruity almost parfumed nose is followed by ripeness on the palate and a delicious softness to finish. 11% vol.



Champagne Henriot Blanc de Blancs

Henriot. Reims (France). Grape : 100% Chardonnay. 12% vol.

Standard bearer of Maison Champagne Henriot's savoir-faire, Blanc de Blancs delights with its astonishing complexity and length. This cuvee, endowed with excellent freshness, is admirable as aperitif and also as an ideal companion at table.

Salento Rosé IGT 2011

Ambasciatori, Puglia. Grape: 100% Negroamaro.

Obtained from Negroamaro grape, this wine has a dark color, inviting, slightly warm on the nose with a background of peach and spices together with a nice balanced acidity.

11.5% vol.



Pinot Grigio Blush IGT 2011

Riva d’Oro, Veneto. Grapes: 70% Nero d‘Avola, 30% Nerello Mascalese.

Very bright pale pink colour and a nose with very clean flowery aromas. The palate is fresh, dry, fruity and well rounded. 12% vol.



Bardolino Chiaretto 2011

Cesari, Veneto. Grapes: Corvina, Rondinella, Molinara.

The wines of this region are on the up and up, particularly with a producer such

as Cesari where the focus is on extracting as much flavour as possible

from the vineyard and the grapes. Quality wines come consistently from this

estate. This rose’ has a pale rosy pink colour. Very fruity bouquet, light, fresh and pleasant taste. 12% vol.

Vermentino di Sardegna 2012

Nuraghe Supramonte, Sardegna. Grape: 100% Vermentino.

The Sardinian Vermentino grape with a bit extra. A lovely citrus tone characterises the bouquet and fuller weight on the palate from being aged on its lees. 12% vol.



Grechetto IGT 2012
Bigi, Umbria. Grape: 100% Grechetto.
Fine wine, delicately fruity, fresh and easy drinking. Pale yellow colour with golden tints. Velvety on the palate with a clean and pleasant bitter aftertaste of peach kernels. 13% vol.



Pinot Grigio Garganega 2012
Terre Passeri, Veneto. Grapes: 50% Pinot Grigio, 50% Garganega.
Straw yellow with copper shades in colour. The bouquet is intense fruity, fine and elegant. The palate is full, soft and characteristic. 11% vol.



Soave Classico DOC 2010

Villa San Zeno, Veneto. Grape: 100% Garganega.

Pale straw colour, light, fresh nose with a crisp palate and a slight almond aftertaste. 11.5% vol.



Frascati Superiore DOC 2010

Le Cassiane, Lazio. Grapes: 70% Malvasia Lazio, 30% Malvasia Candia.

Made from Malvasia Grape, this wine has a richness of aroma and flavour, crispy with a delicate and fruity bouquet. 12.5% vol.



Friulano Collio 2008

Casa Zuliani, Friuli. Grape: 100% Friulano (Tocai).

Fruity wine with lively acidity and hints of minerality. Yellow straw with greenish reflections. Aroma recalling almonds. Prolonged and intense taste. 13.75% vol.



Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Classico DOC 2012 

Forteto San Leo, Marche. Grape: 100% Verdicchio.
Pale straw in colour with green tinges, fine and intense bouquet with hints of fresh fruits and flowers, Dry, persistent and pleasant aftertaste of bitter almond. 12% vol.



Sauvignon DOP 2012

Bosco Albano, Friuli. Grape: 100% Sauvignon.

Faded hay yellow colour, it has parfumes of sage, nettle elderflower and green pepper. It tastes fresh with a harmonic and persistent aftertaste. 13% vol.



Orvieto Classico Secco DOC 2012 

Vignabaldo, Umbria. Grapes: Procanico, Grechetto, Verdello, Drupeggio.
The classic white wine from Umbria. Dry and crisp, yet gentle, mouth filling with a long almond finish. 12.5% vol.



Pinot Bianco DOC 2012

La Prendina, Veneto. Grape: 100% Pinot Bianco.

An absolutely blend of citrus fruit and balancing acidity that shows just how good the Pinot Bianco variety can be. 12% vol.



Vernaccia di San Giminiano DOCG 2010

Cesani, Toscana. Grape: 100% Vernaccia di San Giminiano.

Pale yellow colour with greenish reflections. Fruity and fresh on the nose, reminding green apple. Fresh and dry on the palate with the typical aftertaste of almond. 13% vol.



Centopassi 2012

Centopassi, Sicilia. Grapes: Catarratto, Grillo.

Delicate straw yellow, perfumes of hawthorne and thyme on the nose together with chalky mineral notes. Fresh acidity and moderate sapidity on the palate. 13% vol.



Pecorino 2012

Camillo Montori, Abruzzo. Grape: 100% Pecorino.

Pale yellow with gold reflections. Fruity, floral bouquet with hints of mineral, fresh, intense yet soft taste, notes of acacia and honey on the palate. 13% vol.



Gavi di Gavi DOCG 2012

Villadoria, Piemonte. Grape: 100% Cortese.

This Gavi is elegant, soft and delicate, although it has a lovely persistent bouquet on the palate. Dry, fresh and persuasive taste. Full body. 13% vol.



Ribolla Gialla 2012

Ronchi di Cialla, Friuli Venezia Giulia. Grape: 100% Ribolla Gialla.

Clear pale yellow colour with green reflections. Its bouquet is elegant, with bread crust fragrances, apple and pear fruity note with a floral and mineral back-taste. It tastes extremely fresh and has a perfect balance of acidity and minerality. 12.5% vol.



Etna Bianco 2011

Le vigne di Eli, Sicilia. Grape: 100% Carricante.

Vinified in white in stainless steel vats through cold maceration. Aged in 10lh barrell and tonneaux for 10 months, last passage in bottle for further 8 months. Straw yellow colour. Orange blossom, lime wood and vanilla on the nose, sapid on the palate. 12.5% vol.

 Albarone 2010                                 (Red)

Marco Bonfante, Piemonte. Grape: 100% Albarossa. 15%vol. (6)

Powerful and intense with a hint of red fruit, from cherry and ripe prune to woodland fruit. An aromatic complexity that, with refinement in the bottle, evolves into exotic spices. Excellent is its harmoniousness and complexity, with a non-invasive woody note. Intense purple-red colour, almost as dark as blackberry.



Barbera d’Asti Superiore Bricco Bonfante 2009                        (Red)

Marco Bonfante, Piemonte. Grape: 100% Barbera. 15%vol. (6)

Long in the mouth, it has a persistent sweetness that unfolds layer after layer until its heart of marasca cherry and plum. The lengthy aging in wood rounds off Barbera’s spikiness, while the subsequent refinement of a year in the bottle bestows excellent harmony on this wine. Powerful and intense, hints of red fruit, cherry and marasca cherry. Excellent is its harmony and complexity, with a non-intrusive hint of wood.

Jermann, Friuli Venezia Giulia. Grape: 100% Chardonnay. 13.5% vol.  (2)

This great Jermann chardonnay has a straw yellow colour. To the nose it offers charm and complexity, with aromas of rare elegance and refinement. Exotic hints of ripened fruit, melted butter, vanilla and pastry prevail. In the mouth it keeps all the promises made to the nose, follows through on them, and embellishes them with gentle flavours and aromatic nuances that are fresh and persistent.

Amarone and its sweet counterpart, Recioto, have been produced in Valpolicella since Roman times. Amarone is a majestic wine which combines dignity with power and grace. Amarone is a full-bodied wine for red meats, game, and tasty and piquant cheeses, like parmesan. Generally considered a wine for meditation, it is a great after-dinner wine.
