Grapes are here carefully hand harvested before being pressed. After fermentation wine is aged in oak for 4 months. Result is a vinrant purple colour, rich luscious nose full of sweet ripe dark cherry, plum, vanilla and spices. Rich and velvety. Very easy drinking. 14% vol.

Clear pale yellow colour with green reflections. Its bouquet is elegant, with bread crust fragrances, apple and pear fruity note with a floral and mineral back-taste. It tastes extremely fresh and has a perfect balance of acidity and minerality. 12.5% vol.
Etna Bianco 2011
Le vigne di Eli, Sicilia. Grape: 100% Carricante.
Vinified in white in stainless steel vats through cold maceration. Aged in 10lh barrell and tonneaux for 10 months, last passage in bottle for further 8 months. Straw yellow colour. Orange blossom, lime wood and vanilla on the nose, sapid on the palate. 12.5% vol.

Powerful and intense with a hint of red fruit, from cherry and ripe prune to woodland fruit. An aromatic complexity that, with refinement in the bottle, evolves into exotic spices. Excellent is its harmoniousness and complexity, with a non-invasive woody note. Intense purple-red colour, almost as dark as blackberry.
Barbera d’Asti Superiore Bricco Bonfante 2009 (Red)

Long in the mouth, it has a persistent sweetness that unfolds layer after layer until its heart of marasca cherry and plum. The lengthy aging in wood rounds off Barbera’s spikiness, while the subsequent refinement of a year in the bottle bestows excellent harmony on this wine. Powerful and intense, hints of red fruit, cherry and marasca cherry. Excellent is its harmony and complexity, with a non-intrusive hint of wood.

This great Jermann chardonnay has a straw yellow colour. To the nose it offers charm and complexity, with aromas of rare elegance and refinement. Exotic hints of ripened fruit, melted butter, vanilla and pastry prevail. In the mouth it keeps all the promises made to the nose, follows through on them, and embellishes them with gentle flavours and aromatic nuances that are fresh and persistent.

Amarone and its sweet counterpart, Recioto, have been produced in Valpolicella since Roman times. Amarone is a majestic wine which combines dignity with power and grace. Amarone is a full-bodied wine for red meats, game, and tasty and piquant cheeses, like parmesan. Generally considered a wine for meditation, it is a great after-dinner wine.
