Caffe Lucano is a family-run Italian café-bistro serving the finest fresh Italian food, coffee and cakes in the heart of Edinburgh’s Old Town.


What we like

  • Among the pasta you can taste "Conchiglie rucola"  fresh rocket, baby mozzarella, black olives, cherry tomato, avocado, garlic and chilly and a generous splash of olive or "Rigatoni vesuviana" sauté onions, capers, black olives, tomato and béchamel sauce with fresh basil and melted mozzarella
  • For children there is "Menu Bambino"  Pasta with Tomato Sauce, Cheese Sauce or Bolognese Sauce or Baby Cheese & Tomato Pizza + One scoop of Ice Cream of your choice Carton of Apple Juice or Orange Juice
  • The pizzas are homemade; we recommend: Spicy Italian salami red onion and mushrooms

By Car, Coach and Bike: Follow signs to the city centre.  Parking is available on Chambers Street (Pay and display) and off-street parking nearby at NCP Quartermile.
